Amazing complex, rooms are fantastic and 100% plan on returning!

Beautiful hotel - very welcoming. Mattress was very uncomfortable - once alerted they changed it immediately. Rooms are lovely and spacious food was very good, great quality and variety.

Ok for short break

The food was great. Good quality, hot, fresh, different everyday. Good choice of food. Water park was good fun

Rooms were not very clean, beds very uncomfortable, kids sofa beds were even worse. Entertainment was not great. Pools very cold at this time of year

Family stay

Location good not too far out of the main centre. Staff friendly and help ful. Water park and pools where kept clean.

Rooms not the cleanest. Towels are not changed daily. Food for all inclusive the exact same every day. Hotel quite run down in parts. Cot for infant kept out in the living space which limited use of tv etc.

Pleasant enough for kids, had fun on the slides. Food ok, hotel room not so good

The kids slides were great, also the food was mostly ok.

The room, was quite dirty. Shower was full of limescale. Little tiny crawling bugs in the bathroom all the time. Beds uncomfortable, especially sofa bed, was so so hard to sleep on.

The water park

It was filthy, the all-inclusive wasn't the best especially the drinks...whilst we was there they was a bad sickness bug which 6 out of 7 of us got it was awful. The hotel isn't clean at all...the cleaner litrally moped a spill up on the patio and left the rest of floor! Had to ask for clean towels and bedding to be changed. The cleaner was lovley so always seemed rushed of her feet and was only aloud to spend 5mins in the apartment. The location was good only 20min walk to playa dorada or playa flamingo..I love playa blanca but wouldn't stay in this hotel again very over priced for what you get.

Good time, you get what you pay for

The property has all one would need: lovely, friendly and hard working staff, good variety/ selection of food.

Cold pools was the biggest issue - not even tried to swim, it was freezing cold and even sea was warmer in December! Another annoyance was caused by WiFi which was free only by reception, if you needed WiFi in your room - 5 euros per room per day plus a euro for each device. It might not sound a lot, but I have never seen anything like this and this was our 9th time on Lanzarote (first time we came across this sort of policy). The entertainment was poor and lacked variety. Did we have a good holiday? - sure, having sunshine in December was brill, would I go back to HL - no, sorry! So much of potential is lost due to lack of funding and reinvestment.

Not expensive great stay, very satisfied. Everyone in our group loved it.

Really good buffet, some may say a bit repetitive sometimes but everywhere we've been been has been more repetitive than here. Great salads.

For price we've paid all was great.

Lovely stay with my family, in excellent accommodation and friendly staff.

The accommodation was beautiful! Very modern, lovely location. Great children’s water park for small children. Food was delicious and hot.

Entertainment started quite late in my opinion and it was all outdoors which was a draw back in the windy evenings. Not a lot of day time entertainment.

Cheap and cheerful but wouldn’t return unless it was improved a little.

Nice apartments with lovely plants and trees outside the terrace and lovely pool area. Food was really good especially the Chinese night. They served us and other guests food when we arrived late at night which we were delighted about as we were hungry and no where nearby late at night to go to without getting a taxi.

The waterpark was very run down. Some of the biggest rides were closed when we were there but I feel they should get rid of them all together it’s not very appealing. Kids still enjoyed the smaller slides. Lots of broken sunbeds in waterpark. The bar at night full of people smoking needs to be an area for smokers away from bar as not enjoyable for non smokers. Also drinks should be served in reusable cups or glasses as not enjoyable having a beer or wine in paper cups. Staff weren’t friendly in either bar. Tried to rent one towel in the sister hotel nearby and we weren’t allowed even though we were giving a deposit.

Good

Water park was a hit with kids. We are family of 6 we rented 2 apartments All Inclusive. Apartments basic but comfortable. Food was good. Was something to eat for everyone. Drink was OK but we are not drinkers so few beers here and there. Would be nice to get a proper glass but fully understand why they don't hand them out. Over all very enjoyable holiday about 10 mins to playa flamingo nice beach. Short taxi trip to town less than a fiver or we used e- scooters alot. Just go with realistic expectations.

Nice stay, but that’s not 4 stars hotel.

Food was very nice, maybe not changing a lot, but always could find a lot for myself. Staff was very friendly, including animators and cleaning staff. Every evening also some karaoke or movie quiz, very funny and encouraging you to join it! Pool and bar area also big plus.

There was few issues which make me pretty disappointed of our stay. We had every day problem with ants in our bedroom and bathroom as well.. they were not only on the floor, but also on a walls and we found them even on our beds three times.. about beds - we had bedroom for two adults, we get two single beds, which is completely fine, but one bed was much higher then second one, my bed rolled away on wheels every time when I went to sleep.. and they wasn’t to comfortable.. And last thing - cleaning staff was coming around 8-9am sometimes, which in my opinion is a bit to early.
