Very Good
Very friendly staff, lovely hotel perfect for families
Maids came into room at 08:15 in mornings without knocking, we were still sleeping each time. Then again at 09:15. There was no do not disturb sign available to use

Good food/drink, good facilities for children but the pools need to be better heated. Beds are so hard though.
The layout, the waterpark, the food/drinks & the staff.
Beds are rock hard! Pools are freezing cold. We was unlucky with the weather with wind so the pool being cold just made it even more unbearable.

Amazing complex, rooms are fantastic and 100% plan on returning!
Beautiful hotel - very welcoming. Mattress was very uncomfortable - once alerted they changed it immediately. Rooms are lovely and spacious food was very good, great quality and variety.
